Shuler steps down, OWAA names Bloom interim executive director

Dr. Kerry Emanuel discusses the link between climate change and hurricanes
Dr. Emanuel is a professor of atmospheric science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as the co-founder of MIT’s influential Lorenz Center. He is the author or co-author of over 200 peer-reviewed scientific papers, along with three books, including Divine Wind: The History and Science of Hurricanes.
