Conference program advertising

Whether or not you can attend the conference, don’t miss your opportunity to advertise in the OWAA conference program – one of OWAA’s most popular publications for advertisements each year. This is a great, low-cost way to let some of the nation’s best-known outdoor communicators know about your company, agency or organization.

Approximately 350 of the 5.5” x 8.5” conference programs will be printed. Estimated conference attendance is 300.

Conference hotel block

OWAA’s headquarters hotel is The Embassy Suites, located at 1800 S. Second St., McAllen, Texas, 78503; 956-686-3000.

Room rates are $109/night for single/double occupancy suites, including breakfast. Rates are subject to an 11.55% Texas state sales tax. Check-in at 3 p.m.; check-out at noon.

Hospitality Suites

Host and entertain members of the media in a relaxing environment. Suites are available the nights of Friday, May 23, and Saturday, May 24.

Displays/Booths

3-day booths are set up in high-traffic areas within the conference center for non-product displays. Each both comes with a skirted table and two chairs – you bring the rest! The displays can remain set up for the duration of conference.

Demo Day booths are specifically designed for product demonstration displays and product testing by media members. These booths will be available the morning of Saturday, May 24, at Firemen’s Park. Boating, fishing and other water-based companies will have access to the man-made lake for product demos.

Shooting Day booths allow handgun, rifle, shotgun, archery and shooting equipment demonstrations the morning of Sunday, May 25, at the Lozano Shooting Range.

Driving Course: A driving course will be set up Sunday, May 25, during Shooting Day for car, ATV and truck manufacturers.
