OWAA members are cordially invited to attend the 2013 SEOPA Fall Conference in Lake Charles, La., Oct. 9-12, at the member rate of just $80 per person until August 1. Rates increase to $100 until Sept. 10 and $125 thereafter. Registration includes all meals from Wednesday afternoon through Saturday night and a full agenda of seminars, Breakout Day, a top-notch auction, a movie screening, Shooting Day and other special events.
